Devan is a lifelong resident of Philippi, West Virginia, and has a deep appreciation for the small-town, rural lifestyle nestled in the scenic mountains of her home state. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice, both from Fairmont State University.

Devan possesses extensive experience working directly with children and families within the foster care system. Her professional background has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the resources and support services available to individuals and families in times of need.

Outside of her professional commitments, Devan enjoys spending quality time with her three children, camping during the summer months, and traveling to discover new places.
