Teresa Marie Samuels is a dedicated and experienced attorney at Klie Law Offices, where she specializes in Divorce, Custody, Domestic Violence, Guardianship, and Adoption cases. Prior to joining Klie Law Offices, she was employed as an Assistant Prosecutor in Cabell County and as a Staff Attorney for Legal Aid of West Virginia. As a family law attorney, she has obtained life-changing verdicts for clients and successfully appealed cases when the verdict did not comply with the law. While working as an Assistant Prosecutor, she did not hesitate to take cases to trial resulting in guilty jury verdicts and justice for victims of criminal behavior. 

Outside of her legal practice, Teresa Marie Samuels is committed to giving back to the community through donations to charitable organizations and pro bono work for victims of domestic violence. She believes in making a positive impact both inside and outside the courtroom. When not practicing law, Teresa Marie Samuels enjoys spending time with her life-partner, children and grandchildren. She is passionate about animal rescue and enjoys spending time with her six rescued dogs.
