I'm not the easiest man in the world to deal with. So far they've shown me how patient they can be. I've asked a lot of questions and have sent them many documents via text and app. Some of my questions haven't exactly been within the realm of my case, but after a short period of time, they still respond, and steer me in the right direction. Even after I think I've pushed a little too hard, they still respond to let me.know they have my back.
From the moment i reached out to them till the moment we finished my issues, they were not only helpful but they explained everything. When I say I ask questions about everything I really do. I’d never been involved with anything like this before and not only did they explain everything they held my hand while we went thru all the ups and downs of this court case. No woman should be in the position I was in and I only hope every woman in WV who is goes to them for help. I can stand confident to know that they have our best interests at heart. My case lasted almost two years to get done and settled and they not only did it with grace but also with dignity. Then I had to make it difficult on them and moved back to Florida and it was like nothing had happened they still kept in constant communication providing me updates along the way the entire time. If I ever have anything like this come up they will always be my first choice to represent me. Thank you guys for all the hard work and dedication that you have given me.

I have worked with Gabby Flanagan at Klie Law for about a year now. We have had multiple strategy sessions regarding family court and she has always been so kind and helpful. She answers every question I have and gives advice when asked. No matter how many questions I ask, she makes sure to answer them and gives codes for certain laws. I highly recommend Gabby in any court setting! She knows the laws! Being so close to Ohio, she also knows the laws there, which is very helpful!
Kile law is the best! They really listen to you and your needs and find any way possible to help you. We had Gabby and she was the best really helped us to get what we wanted during our situation. Listen to every need and helped in any way possible to make it right. And really fights for their client. She was prepared and had everything ready for each custody hearing we had.
6 months of getting a run around on a Divorce was told my case would be 7k. It went way above that and the attorneys did nothing for me and now I am Pro Se. Meaning fighting the case myself as the exhausted my retainer on frivolous emails and communicating and did literally NOTHING to help me. The Absolute Worst. Had 2 attorneys. The 1st quit and did nothing the 2nd attempted to I help but the first wasted all my funds. This was a well organized theft of resources from a man needing legal help. Thousands out of pocket and I'm not even divorced or had court for it yet... 0/10 do not recommend warning given.
Gabrielle Flanagan was very informative and professional. I had so many questions about my situation and she answered all of my questions and concerns. I definitely recommend if you want an attorney you can trust to do the job right.

I can’t imagine having a more incompetent team of attorneys. After a month ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done with my case. My assigned attorney Sara Smith, claimed they couldn’t find my previous case in wood county even though I provided the case number during my only meeting. I called the clerks office and had it within minutes. I then just requested a refund from Klie Law Office. They charged me nearly $1,100.00 for one meeting. This law office is driven my money and incompetency. Do not go here. This is the kind of place that makes good attorney's have a bad name. You’d be better off representing yourself.I’m thankful I got out before they represented me in court
Our family chose Klie Law to represent us on multiple issues. From the receptionist to the Attorney, Klie Law handled each case swiftly, precisely, and professionally! A large Law firm in a small town, there's nothing they can't navigate.
Absolutely do not hire for domestic relations cases. My case was sat on for months then shuffled from one inexperienced attorney to another. I was charged for errors made, and corrected by these attorneys. The office blew through my retainer, accomplished nothing in court, and went months without responding to my questions and concerns over the course of an eight month. After complaining, I was charged for a letter of withdrawal. Then I was charged for a new attorney at this firm to take over my case, poorly review it before court, and come unprepared. With no results I have spent over $6000. I received a notice to appear in court as well as a reminder call, and I drove several hours today only to find out it was an attorney only hearing. You would be better off representing yourself.
I started researching through Google, for Attorneys/Law Firms, back in January of 2024, that could possibly meet my case needsGoogle presented me with four--five Law Firms. After researching and deciphering through reviews, I decided to try Klie Law Office, in West Virginia, my home State!On my way to my scheduled appointment for case evaluation, I thought to myself, " Will they be willing to accept my case, knowing that my next hearing is in 8 days?" I was Hoping and Praying to my Father, who is beside me with every step of my path, all the way there!When Iris and I met, we exchanged a firm handshake, and she professionally introduced herself!To me, a firm handshake means something. Our ( myself, two sisters and one brother) Dad taught us at a young age, a firm handshake means something! To each of us we will know what he means, when our day comes, to experience it!My day had come, this day! What did I get from her firm handshake? A welcoming first impression of strength and confidence!We discussed details of my case, and she would inform me of their processes, which member of the team does what, the retainer amount, paperwork process, and they would be there for my hearing, that was now 7 days away!After processing my retainer, filling out necessary forms, I left with self confidence knowing that Klie Law accepted my case, and they will be fighting For Me, Not Against Me, as in the past 7-8 months.Thank You, Klie Law!

This was tough. The results were not favorable because of the layout of the system itself. However, Lyndell and Ambria and the rest of the Klie Law team worked triple time to help honor those in need and to do the right thing. These people are absolute champions of for those who have been wronged. The level of professionalism is top tier and they will genuinely sacrifice for the greater good. I went to Klie Law Office in Bridgeport, WV for a divorce. I got a lawyer because I had no idea what to expect and wanted help with the process. It was the worst experience ever and lost $7000. The consultation went great. I was told that it’s exactly why I needed a lawyer to help me through the process.The lawyer was very impersonal. The lawyer I worked with was not even the one that ended up filing for me it was someone I had never heard of and not on my case. I was finally told they were filing, which was odd considering I never signed any documents. I called back to the lawyer’s office and they said oh yes, you do need to notarize papers. I drove all the way to Bridgeport just to notarize the documents. A couple days later, I was called to come back in because there was more documents needing notarized or I could find someone to notarize documents for me. I still have no idea why.I asked my lawyer to call my husband several times for documents and to settle out of court which I feel was never done. The lawyer said he tried to call. My husband said he never received a call from Klie Law Office and did not receive any messages.I notified my law team of my court hearing date the day I received it. Three days before my court hearing, I still did not receive any messages from my lawyer, as to how it would proceed. I had no idea if he was even going to show up. I had to call to get a phone conference scheduled to be instructed on what to expect. I was told it was going to be about the custody. Come to find out it was about child support. 10 minutes before the hearing, my lawyer pulls out a stack of papers trying to get me to agree to something different. He then presents them to my husband five minutes before court, and tries to pressure him into agreeing. I felt it was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.I felt like I was unimportant except for my money. I paid a $5000 cash retainer in the beginning and was given a receipt. Good thing I kept it because I kept receiving emails from their billing department saying that I owed them a $5000 retainer. Their bills were extremely difficult to understand. The billing lady was difficult to understand and not very helpful.It was a completely impersonal experience and they showed no compassion. I let my lawyer go after the first hearing. Six months after working with my lawyer, I asked him what I did for a living and he had no idea. I filed a complaint and had a phone call with an upper lawyer and my current lawyer at the time. I explained how I was unhappy with my lawyer and how unprofessional everything felt. I was pretty much told that I was in the wrong. I never received an apology or any attempt to right anything that was wrong They had no problem keeping the $7000. I would definitely not recommend Klie Law Office if you want someone that actually cares about you and guiding you through a difficult time.

0 stars if possible. Terrible communication. Ill prepared, and showed cowardliness toward talking to the judge. Showed blatant disregard to the wishes of her client. Pockets retainers and dismisses herself from a case after not responding to her client for over a month. This law office is ill prepared to represent in family court. Kile law office helped me through child custody. Every question I had they answered them withthin 4 hours. They worked with me to make sure it was what I wanted. If I had to do it over I would choose kile law office again. I highly recommend them for family purposes.
