Brooke graduated from WVU College of Law in May 2022. During law school, she served as President for the West Virginia Association for Justice Student Chapter for one year, served as Chief Justice of WVU College of Law’s Moot Court Board for one year, competed in state and national Moot Court Competitions, litigated immigration law cases in the WVU Immigration Law Clinic, served as a Magistrate Court Mediator with WVU College of Law’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Society for two years, and was welcomed into the Order of Barristers. Additionally, she has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from WVU which she previously used while working as a Short-Term Residential Substance Abuse Intensive Services Case Manager at Prestera Center for Mental Health Service, Inc.

You may see Brooke facilitating focus groups or representing clients in our Kentucky based cases. Brooke is based out of our Buckhannon branch and loves her small town. In her free time, Brooke likes to hike, garden, and spend time with her beloved dog and husband.
