Helping clients take action when they’ve been wronged

Ron Kramer concentrates his practice on representing individuals who have been seriously injured or families who have lost loved ones due to another person’s negligence. Throughout his career, Ron has successfully represented clients in numerous high-value, multi-million-dollar cases, securing significant results on their behalf. He has experience litigating personal injury claims involving trucking companies, motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and oil and gas accidents and explosions. Ron also represents employees who have experienced sexual harassment or assault in the workplace, and human rights laws.

Ron is admitted to practice law in Virginia and West Virginia, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the West Virginia State Bar.

Before attending law school, Ron proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He was stationed with the Third Battalion, Eighth Marines and deployed to Haiti in support of Operation Secure Tomorrow, as well as to Fallujah and Ramadi, Iraq, during Operation Iraqi Freedom. His military service continues to shape the discipline and commitment he brings to advocating for his clients.

Ron resides in the Pittsburgh area. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and serving the community he calls home.
