While the legal representation I received from Gabby and Jennifer was good and entirely to my satisfaction—and I would give them a 5-star rating individually—I am extremely disappointed with the billing department's lack of communication and poor customer service at Klie Law Offices. I called two weeks ago to dispute unexpected charges on my account and was told I would receive a call back, which never happened. When I called again today to follow up, I spoke with a representative named Nicole, who became incredibly hostile and unprofessional. When I challenged her on the billing discrepancies, she completely lost her composure and raised her voice to a near-yelling tone. Instead of providing clarity, she chose to become defensive and dismissive. Then, when I naturally got upset by her behavior, she tried to backpedal and take back what she had done. It is a shame that the 5-star work done by the legal team is completely overshadowed by such unacceptable administrative treatment. A professional law firm should handle billing questions with calm transparency and respect, not aggressive outbursts and a total lack of accountability.

I just did a focus group with Brooke Gruver and Lyndell Hamilton. The focus group was small and Brooke was very engaging. I honestly enjoyed participating and was able to earn $65 for just 2.5 hrs of my time. I'm not the easiest man in the world to deal with. So far they've shown me how patient they can be. I've asked a lot of questions and have sent them many documents via text and app. Some of my questions haven't exactly been within the realm of my case, but after a short period of time, they still respond, and steer me in the right direction. Even after I think I've pushed a little too hard, they still respond to let me.know they have my back.

From the moment i reached out to them till the moment we finished my issues, they were not only helpful but they explained everything. When I say I ask questions about everything I really do. I’d never been involved with anything like this before and not only did they explain everything they held my hand while we went thru all the ups and downs of this court case. No woman should be in the position I was in and I only hope every woman in WV who is goes to them for help. I can stand confident to know that they have our best interests at heart. My case lasted almost two years to get done and settled and they not only did it with grace but also with dignity. Then I had to make it difficult on them and moved back to Florida and it was like nothing had happened they still kept in constant communication providing me updates along the way the entire time. If I ever have anything like this come up they will always be my first choice to represent me. Thank you guys for all the hard work and dedication that you have given me.

I have never had to deal with any business that was so ridiculously skeezy. My wife and I used william and Katie for a child custody case and they never updated us, even when asked we had to ask repeatedly before getting any information, the only thing they were quick about was taking $15,000 to get absolutely nothing accomplished. At no point was there an attempt to fight for us, it seemed like they weren’t willing to help explain any paperwork, and when told we were through with them they continued to charge us, and after asking for all the paperwork we paid for it took weeks until we had to remind them yet again. My wife had to call on multiple occasions when paperwork was due, and it generally felt like we were just getting drug along for money. 10/10 worst experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. Spent $15k and didn’t even make it to the final hearing before they were asking for more money. I had to constantly follow up with them, remind them of deadlines, my attorney William Beaurle would arrive and joke with the other attorney on my dime and not file things that he should have. I’m now pro se and it’s taking them a lifetime to send the $1k court transcripts we paid for to me. I now have 2 weeks before my final hearing. 10/10 at not responding, telling you it’s a billing question they can’t answer but billing will tell you they have to ask the attorney and team, extremely lazy and not focused on your case, love to ask for more money as often as possible, charge outrageous fees that you have no way of knowing that’s even what they are doing because you aren’t there. You’ve been warned to stay far away.

I started researching through Google, for Attorneys/Law Firms, back in January of 2024, that could possibly meet my case needs Google presented me with four--five Law Firms. After researching and deciphering through reviews, I decided to try Klie Law Office, in West Virginia, my home State! On my way to my scheduled appointment for case evaluation, I thought to myself, " Will they be willing to accept my case, knowing that my next hearing is in 8 days?" I was Hoping and Praying to my Father, who is beside me with every step of my path, all the way there! When Iris and I met, we exchanged a firm handshake, and she professionally introduced herself! To me, a firm handshake means something. Our ( myself, two sisters and one brother) Dad taught us at a young age, a firm handshake means something! To each of us we will know what he means, when our day comes, to experience it! My day had come, this day! What did I get from her firm handshake? A welcoming first impression of strength and confidence! We discussed details of my case, and she would inform me of their processes, which member of the team does what, the retainer amount, paperwork process, and they would be there for my hearing, that was now 7 days away! After processing my retainer, filling out necessary forms, I left with self confidence knowing that Klie Law accepted my case, and they will be fighting For Me, Not Against Me, as in the past 7-8 months. They walked me through the process of what will and could happen. I understood most of the process and what to expect. They are really good at what they do. Joanna was really helpful through the entire process and always answered any questions that I had. My only issue is with their communications app. It glitched sometimes and wouldn’t let me open some documents until I closed and opened the app again. Other than that 10/10 would recommend.

When I received nktification from my ex wife that she wanted to file for divorce, it was a big life changing kkkent for me . I have two kids and the structure of family was going to be no more. Expect typos and misspellings on your forms. Thoroughly double check all work they do for you. We had poor communication from our law team throughout the process. We were not well prepared on the day of our court hearing. Communication since the hearing has continued to be minimal. Should have terminated services with them sooner. For what you pay, you should expect higher quality work.

This is the worst law office I have ever dealt with. I was bounced around lawyers. I never was heard or listened to about my concerns with my family court case. Now I never got a raised certified copy of my divorce when I have moved to another state and been charged for the documents that I never received. Now I am having to pay again for the documents and I cant even get the parenting plan because you have to go into.the court house with a valid ID to get that from them.
