Junior Civil Litigation Attorney

Attorney Alex LeRoy is from Morgantown, West Virginia, and attended the West Virginia University College of Law, earning a joint JD/MBA degree. He additionally served as a senior editor for the West Virginia Law Review, having his student note selected for publication, and as a student attorney in the college’s Litigation Clinic, where he developed a passion advocating for the legal rights of his fellow West Virginians.

Prior to joining Klie Law Offices, Alex worked on appellate criminal defense matters before California, Texas, New York and federal courts, and on title matters within the Appalachian Basin. Alex currently practices general litigation, specializing in the areas of employment and personal injury, allowing him to utilize his experience and skillset by representing individuals across the state.

Alex enjoys connecting with clients and helping them navigate legal processes, ensuring they remain informed and confident while working towards a resolution. He works out of the firm’s Morgantown office and is barred to practice in the State of West Virginia, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia. In his free time, Alex likes exercise, cooking, video games and anything outdoors
