Finance Director

Doug Burnell serves as the firm’s Finance Director, overseeing financial strategy, operations, and performance management. He has a strong track record in education and training and in aligning people, processes, and technology to improve efficiency, drive value, and strengthen financial results.

Doug holds an undergraduate degree in psychology and a Master of Education from Ohio University, as well as an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He is a Master Black Belt–certified Lean Six Sigma professional.

A longtime resident of Canal Fulton, Ohio, Doug lives there with his two sons. An active supporter of his community, he is passionate about education, animal welfare, and initiatives that promote human well-being, and believes in a “human-centric” approach that puts people first.
