Marshall Foster

Attorney Marshall Foster was born and raised in Braxton County, West Virginia.  He earned bachelor’s degrees in history and political science from West Virginia University.  After graduation he worked as a probation officer in the 14th Judicial Circuit before attending West Virginia University College of Law.  He has served as a police officer at the Morgantown Police Department and as an assistant prosecuting attorney for Monongalia County, West Virginia.  

Marshall is admitted to practice and is currently barred in West Virginia.  He works in the Morgantown office and currently resides in the Morgantown area.  In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, and playing board games with his family.
