Samantha Hanson
Operations Manager
she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2015. During her time at Wesleyan, she was an active member and alumna of Zeta Tau Alpha. Her career with Klie Law Offices began in 2008 as a high school summer intern, marking the start of a long-standing commitment to the firm and its clients.
She later returned as an office assistant while completing her undergraduate studies and, after
graduation, transitioned into a full-time paralegal role. Over the next eight years, Samantha primarily
supported plaintiff personal injury and employment law matters, while also gaining experience in family
law. Working closely with individuals and families during some of the most difficult periods of their lives shaped her deep appreciation for the firm’s mission and strengthened her commitment to client-centered service.
In October 2022, after eight years as a paralegal and nearly a decade of service to the firm, Samantha
was promoted to Operations Manager. In her current role, she oversees firmwide operations across all five office locations, leveraging her extensive institutional knowledge to drive organizational excellence. Her responsibilities include talent acquisition and onboarding, policy and procedure development, workflow standardization, technology implementation, and continuous process improvement. Samantha
collaborates closely with firm leadership on long-term operational planning and organizational
development initiatives. She is committed to fostering a supportive, high-performing environment that reflects the firm’s mission and values, while continuously seeking opportunities to refine systems and elevate service standards.
Outside of the office, Samantha is a plant enthusiast and loves listening to metalcore music. She also enjoys exploring the outdoors on ATVs with her family. Naturally curious and driven to learn, she values continuous improvement both personally and professionally.
