Attorney Erika Klie Kolenich

Attorney Kolenich was admitted to practice law in 2004 and is licensed in state and federal court in West Virginia and Ohio. She is a 2001 graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College and a 2004 graduate of the University of Akron School of Law. Attorney Kolenich has litigated hundreds of civil cases, including personal injury, discrimination and wrongful death cases.
Attorney Kolenich has a proven track record as a skilled trial attorney as well as extensive appellate experience. Ms. Kolenich is also a trained mediator and has completed basic and advanced mediation education and training.
She resides in Buckhannon, West Virginia, with her husband and daughter. An active member of the community, Ms. Kolenich donates several hours of her time to local organizations including the Head Start program and Community Theatre.
